CC1 – Jesus’ Path around the
Sea of Galilee
Follow Jesus’ footsteps, miracles and teachings in Tabgha and the Church
of the Loaves and Fishes; Heptapegon (The Church of Peter’s Primacy);
then, Capernaum and the sites of Jesus’ synagogue and Peter’s house.
Drive to the top of the Mount of Beatitudes for its vista of the Sea of
Galilee then descend to see a period fishing vessel from the time of
Christ and take a short sea voyage of your own on a replica period
fishing boat. Return to your hotel through Jesus’ Baptismal Site on the
Jordan River with time to swim.

CC2 – Jesus’ Youth
See Old Nazareth, the city of Jesus’ childhood, and visit the Basilica
of the Annunciation built on the site of the Virgin Mary’s grotto; then
continue to St. Joseph's Workshop and Mary's Well, the ancient source of
water for the city. On to Caana, Nathaniel’s village where Jesus turned
water into wine at the first miracle of the wedding feast, then to the
site of the His Transfiguration at Mt. Tabor. Finally visit the ancient
site of Megiddo, or Armageddon, above the Plain of Megiddo where the New
Testament predicts the final battle between good and evil will occur.

CC3 – Christ’s last
path through Jerusalem
Entering through Stephen's Gate, first visit the Church of St. Anne and
the nearby Pools of Bethesda marking the Blessed Mother’s place of
birth. Then proceed to the Chapel of the Flagellation and take the path
Christ followed as He carried His cross down the Via Dolorosa past the
Fourteen Stations. Finally, arrive at the holiest site in Christendom,
the Church of the Holy Sepulchre with time to rest and reflect.

CC4 – Jesus on the
Jerusalem Mounts
Passing Mt. Scopus, home of Hebrew University, arrive at the Mount of
Olives, anticipated site of the Messiah’s return and the hallowed Jewish
cemetery of over 200,000 graves. Enjoy a panoramic view across the Old
City of Jerusalem and the City of David to Tal Piot and the UN Compound.
Then visit the Chapel of the Ascension, The Churches of Pater Noster &
Dominus Flevit, where Jesus wept over Jerusalem, and the Church of All
Nations in the Garden of Gethsemane. Continue to David’s Tomb and the
Upper Room, commemorating the Last Supper and finish at the Garden Tomb
by the Damascus Gate to the Old City, considered by some to be the site
of Christ’s burial.

CC5 – Baby Jesus & Baby John
Just 5 miles south of Jerusalem, enter Bethlehem via Shepherds’ Field
where the Shepherds learnt of the imminent birth of Christ and where
centuries earlier the Messiah’s ancestors, Ruth and Naomi gleaned the
wheat fields. Continue to Manger Square and the Church of the Nativity,
St. Joseph’s Chapel, and St. Catherine's Church. Return with a stop in
Ein Karem to visit John’s birthplace at the Church of St. John the
Baptist and the Church of the Visitation. If time permits, a stop at
Hadassah Hospital to view the Chagall windows in the hospital’s chapel
is possible.
